Job Title: Scrum Master Agile Delivery & Release Management Location: Plano, TX Hybrid Contract Duration: 12 + Months


We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in the successful delivery of products, ensuring alignment with Agile principles and best practices. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and will also oversee release management activities, working closely with cross-functional teams including development, QA, DevOps, and product management.

Experience in Agile project delivery, including 3+ years as a Scrum Master.
Strong experience in Agile/Scrum, with understanding of SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks.
Hands-on experience managing software releases, change control, and deployment
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal communication skills.
