Must have strong experience with Tableau and SQL.
- Primary Responsibilities:
- Continue development and enhancement of the existing Tableau-based BI and reporting platform.
- Collaborate closely with the Data Architect to design and implement meaningful data visualizations.
- Leverage the enterprise data warehouse for building reliable and accurate reporting solutions.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable reports and dashboards.
- Strong Tableau expertise proficient in designing, developing, and optimizing dashboards.
- Advanced SQL skills capable of querying large datasets and optimizing complex queries.
- Insurance industry experience is essential must understand business workflows, data relationships, and reporting needs specific to the insurance domain.
- Ability to grasp the why behind reports must understand the business context, not just the technical requirements.
- Will be supported by a Data Architect and a database developer.
- Expected to work cross-functionally to align reporting with both business goals and data architecture.
