Essential Skills: Senior-level proficiency in JavaScript (ES6) and TypeScript, React, Vue, or Angular with Adobe Target experience.
Role Description:
Design, develop, and implement complex AB tests and personalization campaigns using Adobe Target.
Write and deploy custom DOM manipulation scripts and Mutation Observers to create dynamic and responsive user experiences without disrupting core page functionality.
Work closely with product managers, designers, and data analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure high-quality, performant, and well-documented code that is easily maintainable.
Utilize Adobe Analytics to implement tracking, manage data layers, and validate data collection for all testing initiatives.
Actively troubleshoot and debug issues in various browsers using developer tools to identify and resolve the root cause of problems quickly.
Collaborate with other developers to ensure best practices and code consistency across the team.
The Adobe Target/Analytics Developer owns tagging feature requests and implementations from the Business Requirements to Solution Design Reference and through tagging completion.
You will be a liaison between the Adobe Analytics analysts, launch implementation developers and data layer developers while owning projects to ensure tagging is complete and accurate.
Deliver website optimization and custom-made experience strategies across the website.
Configure, administer, and operate Adobe Target to build multi-channel campaigns.
Debug, troubleshoot, and fix the configuration and integration issues.
Partner with the analytics teams on measurement across custom-made site experiences.
You will also be a point person for Launch development issues and quick-turnaround bugs that arise throughout the day.
Develop instrumentation strategies and measurement frameworks across multiple websites.
Develop and maintain tracking plans, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business goals.
