Responsibilities:
- Provide expert consultation on complex software engineering initiatives with broad organizational impact.
- Analyze and resolve large-scale, long-term technical challenges involving multiple variables and novel considerations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business goals, compliance standards, and technical best practices.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of scalable, high-performance systems and tools.
- Partner with internal teams and client personnel to deliver high-quality, sustainable engineering solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, or equivalent experience through a combination of work, consulting, military service, or education.
- Proficiency in Spark, Python, and Scala.
- Advanced knowledge of database systems and data architecture.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in complex environments.
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise or cloud-based environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
