Title: Salesforce Technical Product Owner
Location: Frisco, TX - (Onsite - 5/day)
Client is seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Owner (TPO) with deep expertise in Salesforce, particularly in Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud, to lead the development and optimization of our CRM solutions. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical execution, ensuring that Salesforce solutions align with strategic goals and deliver measurable value.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the Salesforce development team.
Own and manage the product backlog for Salesforce-related initiatives, ensuring clear prioritization and alignment with business objectives.
Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with Salesforce developers, architects, and admins to design scalable and efficient solutions.
Drive the implementation of features and enhancements in Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
Ensure data integrity, system performance, and user adoption through continuous improvement.
Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product demos.
Monitor KPIs and user feedback to inform future enhancements and roadmap planning.
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of experience working with Salesforce, including Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
2+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Technical Business Analyst in an Agile environment.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, etc.).
Experience writing user stories, managing product backlogs, and working with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with Salesforce development lifecycle and deployment tools (e.g., Change Sets, SFDX, Git).
Salesforce Administrator certification required; additional certifications (e.g., Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant) are a plus.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Salesforce integrations (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms).
Background in customer experience, sales operations, or support operations.
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Agile methodologies.
Experience in a B2B SaaS or enterprise environment.
