JOB Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to support complex direct service programs across multiple initiatives. The Project Manager will provide end-to-end project support, coordinate key workstreams, and collaborate with internal departments, city agencies, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery of program objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide project-level support across assigned workstreams within large, multi-faceted programs.

  • Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, scope definition, design, execution, and delivery.

  • Develop and maintain project templates, tools, dashboards, and status reports to track progress and performance.

  • Monitor milestones and deliverables; proactively identify, escalate, and help resolve risks and issues.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, NYC Health + Hospitals departments, city agencies, and contracted vendors.

  • Assist with planning and delivering trainings, including development of training materials.

  • Provide on-site support during implementation and project oversight activities.

  • Offer operational and policy guidance and support strategies to improve service delivery.
