Senior Technical Business Analyst
Work Address: 47 Trinity Avenue SW Atlanta, GA 30334
Work type: Onsite 5 days in office
Job Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and the IT organization to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Analyze complex business issues, define system requirements, and recommend effective automated solutions and process improvements.
- Develop workflow charts, process diagrams, and screen designs to document system behavior and enhance clarity for developers and stakeholders.
- Gather, validate, and document business, functional, and data requirements in collaboration with end users and technical teams.
- Identify and track project milestones, phases, and dependencies to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Partner with API developers to confirm that API specifications meet both functional and non-functional business requirements.
- Define operational objectives by studying business functions, evaluating system capabilities, and outlining improvement opportunities.
- Design and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans and support change management activities for successful adoption.
- Create and maintain comprehensive end-user documentation including process flows, training guides, and system manuals; conduct user training sessions as needed.
