Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
In addition to a competitive wage, the selected candidate will enjoy a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, prescription drug, wellness programs, STD, LTD, life insurance, company matching 401(k) and pension. Green Bay Packaging benefits may vary by position or division.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Be the go-to expert for three key manufacturing applications:
- One app has 14 unique installs
- Another has 6 variations
- The third is used differently across divisions
- Handle incoming support calls related to process questions or application hiccups
- Guide users through application usage and troubleshoot issues with patience and clarity
- Collaborate with vendors, dig into documentation, and test environments to crack complex problems
- Embrace a dynamic environment where no two days are the same
What You Bring:
- A love for solving puzzles and discovering root causes
- Comfort with ambiguity and unexpected challenges
- Strong communication skills to walk users through solutions
- Technical aptitude and a hunger to learn
- A positive, easy-going attitude with a drive to make things better
Bonus Points:
- Experience in manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with ERP systems (especially Kiwiplan or Amtech)
- SQL knowledge
- Help desk or technical support
