Our client is a Fortune 500 financial and payments technology company, leading the industry in innovation, scale, and service. They are looking to expand their team with a Manager, Marketing a fully remote position.
We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Marketing Manager to drive enterprise marketing initiatives. This role combines event planning (70 90%) with digital marketing and campaign support (10 30%), and will serve as an operational partner to the Enterprise Marketing Team.
The candidate will collaborate across marketing, sales (supporting 5 sales teams), and business development, and will help build campaigns from the ground up. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, is detail-obsessed, and brings a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality.

Key Responsibilities Event Planning (Primary Focus 70% to 90%)
- Plan and execute enterprise events, including industry conferences, trade shows, customer forums, and sales-led activations
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue coordination, speaker logistics, pre- and post-show communications, and promotional content
- Work closely with 5 different sales teams to align event strategy with business goals
- Handle all day-to-day event planning responsibilities independently
- Build campaign workflows from scratch in Wrike or similar tools
- Coordinate campaign planning that includes digital advertising, email marketing, social media, and other digital touchpoints
- Create and manage shared campaign calendars and ensure cross-team transparency
- Track and report on campaign/event performance metrics and insights
- Campaign Planning & Execution ability to create and drive campaign strategy from start to finish
- Integrated Marketing Expertise including digital ads, email, social, and event-related marketing
- Event Planning Experience especially trade shows, conferences, and customer-focused activations
- 3 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, marketing operations, or campaign coordination
- Experience in fintech, payments, or financial software industries strongly preferred
- Strong project management skills Wrike experience is a plus
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across departments
- Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and ability to self-manage
- Collaborative spirit with a desire to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment
- Partnering closely with the Enterprise Marketing Team
- Supporting five different sales teams
- Handling event logistics, campaign development, and digital marketing execution
- Building and managing projects from the ground up with limited direction
