1. System Administration and Configuration | System Ownership: Serve as the internal administrator for VNDLY. Configuration Management: Configure and maintain system settings (org structure, user roles, workflows, rate cards, financial controls). Integrations: Manage and troubleshoot integration points with core internal systems (Workday HCM, Finance/Payroll, Procurement). Updates and Patches: Coordinate and test system updates, new features, and patches released by the vendor. |
2. User Support and Training | Support: Act as the first and second line of support for all internal users (Hiring Managers, Procurement, Finance). Training & Documentation: Develop and deliver training materials for new and existing users on functionality and new process rollouts. Process Improvement: Collect user feedback to recommend system changes and improve operational efficiency. |
3. Contingent Workforce Lifecycle Management | Requisition Management: Advise users on proper requisition creation, job posting, and candidate submission workflows. Onboarding/Offboarding: Ensure smooth management of the worker lifecycle, including automated checklists and consistent offboarding. Invoicing and Spend Control: Oversee the invoice submission/approval process, troubleshoot payment discrepancies, and enforce contract rates and spend limits. |
4. Governance and Reporting | Compliance & Audit: Monitor system usage to ensure compliance with internal policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements (e.g., tenure limits). Data Integrity: Maintain the accuracy and cleanliness of contingent worker, contract, and vendor data. Reporting & Analytics: Generate, customise, and distribute key reports (e.g., headcount, spend analysis, vendor performance) for strategic decision-making. |
