Key Responsibilities
  • Agile Facilitation: Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions.
  • Champion cross-functional collaboration, coordinating across multiple agile teams as needed.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business needs and expectations accurately reflect the deliverables.
  • Utilize Jira and Confluence to manage sprints, document decisions, and report progress.
  • Requirements Elicitation & Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Backlog Management: Translate business requirements into user stories, prioritize them, and maintain a well-organized product backlog.
  • User Testing: Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by identifying and documenting acceptance criteria, writing test cases, determining test scenarios, assisting with execution, and owning processes for Defect Tracking and Change Management.
  • Training & Support: Provide training to end-users and ongoing support post-implementation to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes. Work with the Training lead to deliver training materials as needed.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user manuals, technical specifications, and status reports for stakeholders and project teams.
  • Collaborate with IT leadership on resource planning, risk mitigation, and portfolio prioritization.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and Agile maturity, coaching teams and stakeholders in Agile practices.
  • Act as a servant-leader, removing blockers and enabling teams to deliver value consistently.
  • Shadow and support the IT Solutions Manager on key initiatives, with the potential to step into leadership responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of BA and Agile Program Leadership experience in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.
  • Expert in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and M365 Suite: workflow configuration, custom dashboards, reporting, administrative functions, etc.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce platforms (preferably NPSP or CRM) or similar CRM ecosystems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational change management abilities.
  • Agile certifications preferred (CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP, or equivalent).
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
  • Salesforce platform or implementation knowledge.
  • Experience in a nonprofit or philanthropic organization.
  • Familiarity with IT governance practices or cross-team coordination frameworks.
