Job Details

**Hybrid - 3 days a week onsite in Cincinnati, OH.**

Our banking client is looking for a Data Analyst to join their team.

We will accept corp to corp or w2 contractors. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Salary: $66,560 - $89,440/year

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be taken into account when determining salary. The salary provided in this posting is a reflection of a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided pay range.

Responsibilities of the Data Analyst:
  • Standardize and solidify the clients data processes and quality
  • Assist in developing business reporting
  • Increase data availability, standardization and automation processes
  • Problem solve and investigate issues
  • Participate in all phases of system testing Work successfully in an Agile Project across multiple feature and component teams
  • Complete estimates and work plans in Program Increments (PI) Meetings
Requirements of the Data Analyst:
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages used for data analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
