Job Description:
The Marketing Technology and ECE Testing Candidate will validate campaign logic, code execution, and data accuracy across Clients Communication Engine (ECE) and related systems. This role requires strong critical thinking, analytical problem-solving, and SQL expertise to identify, investigate, and resolve issues in complex data and code environments. The ideal candidate has an innate curiosity to understand how systems interact and a methodical approach to uncovering root causes.

- Execute and refine dry-run testing to ensure campaign accuracy and system readiness before launch.
- Apply critical thinking to assess data and code discrepancies, distinguishing between symptoms and true root causes.
- Develop and review test logic in SQL, SAS, or equivalent tools for end-to-end validation of campaign and data flows.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Data Engineering, and Product teams to align technical testing with business goals.
- Partner with Business Analysts to translate business requirements into clear, measurable test cases.
- Communicate complex issues clearly across technical and non-technical audiences, providing well-reasoned analysis and recommendations.
- Identify and propose process or tooling improvements that enhance testing efficiency, data integrity, and issue detection.
