Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and data-minded Technical Transport engineer with expertise in Microwave engineering to join our team. This person should understand microwave design/process and be able to communicate effectively and drive projects to completion.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $65.00 - $70.00/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.

Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and data-minded Technical Transport engineer with expertise in Microwave engineering to join our team. This person should understand microwave design/process and be able to communicate effectively and drive projects to completion.
Skills:
- Understand Mw Design and Nokia Platform.
- Prep/build equipment and paths in CND (XNG)
- Attend market calls and be able to give meaningful updates.
- Knowledge and experience with Granite (CND) circuit database
- IP knowledge and understanding of routing / assigning IPs
- Proficient in office computer applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.
- Decision making skills (by making appropriate use of all available information and data; anticipating the future and preparing accordingly.
- Must be self-motivated, show initiative, and be able to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills needed.
- Need to be highly productive and pay close attention to detail.
- Familiarity with engineering and engineering economic principles preferred.
- Optical Transport systems including: ALU/Nokia 7705 & IXRe routers
- Gather and analyze data related to microwave systems and provide actionable insights to the construction team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
