Job Details
We have a current opportunity for a Product Manager, AI Integrations on a contract basis. The position will be based in Ocoee. For further information about this position please apply.
Responsibilities:
- Leading the evaluation and selection of third-party AI vendors and platforms.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize AI integration opportunities.
- Driving the development and implementation of AI-powered solutions across the enterprise.
- Partnering with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and adoption.
- Monitoring performance and ROI of AI initiatives and continuously optimizing for impact.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in product management
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- No specific certifications required
- Strong understanding of AI technologies
- Experience with third-party vendors
- Technical integration management
- Excellent communication skills
- Stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinking ability
Desired Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in similar roles
- Master's degree in Business or Technology
- No additional certifications preferred
- Familiarity with call center technologies
- Understanding of AI compliance and data privacy
