Role Overview
Our client is preparing for the go-live of Oracle Fusion HCM and is seeking experienced HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to provide frontline functional support to end users during stabilization. These resources will act as trusted HR advisors, helping managers and employees navigate Oracle Fusion HCM processes, answer questions, and resolve issues during the critical post-go-live period.
This role is HCM-focused only and excludes Payroll and Benefits.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as first-line HR functional support for end users during Oracle Fusion HCM go-live and hypercare
• Support managers and employees with Oracle Fusion HCM processes, including:
• Core HR / Workforce Administration
• Job changes, transfers, terminations
• Manager and employee self-service transactions
• Translate business questions into system-related guidance using Oracle Fusion HCM
• Troubleshoot and resolve common user issues; escalate system defects appropriately
• Partner closely with HR leadership, the implementation SI, and internal IT as needed
• Reinforce new HR processes, policies, and operating models enabled by Oracle Fusion
• Provide real-time coaching and knowledge transfer to business stakeholders
• Help stabilize HR operations during the transition from legacy systems
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of progressive HR Business Partner or HR Generalist experience
• Hands-on experience supporting Oracle Fusion HCM (end-user support, post-go-live, or optimization)
• Strong understanding of HR operational processes (excluding payroll and benefits)
• Experience supporting managers and employees through system or process change
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, go-live or hypercare environment
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience supporting an Oracle Fusion HCM implementation go-live
• Experience in large enterprise or complex, multi-entity organizations
• Background working alongside system integrators during ERP deployments
• Change management or HR transformation experience
Engagement Notes
• This is a client-side support role, not a system integrator delivery role
• Focus is on business enablement and user adoption, not configuration
• Ideal candidates are HR practitioners who are comfortable being “on the floor” with the business during go-
