Job Detail: Business Analyst

Job Description.

  • 0-10 year of relevant experience with healthcare/pharma consulting.
  • Experience on working with different domain clients.
  • Experience on Swift Payments, ISO, MT, MX payments.
  • Experience of using Visio, flow charting, story board
  • Must be able to know internet, websites, navigation really well
  • Conduct as-is and to-be impact analysis and prepare business cases
  • Experience leading and developing top performing teams.
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Knowledge on various Blockchain techniques and Crypto developments like ICO/IEO/STO, Crypto Coin/wallets/Trade exchange platforms centralized and decentralized, NFT and security mechanisms would be a major plus.
  • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
  • Ensure that the proposed/design solutions are aligned to client s business requirements.
  • Prepare technical docs like understanding document, FRD , BRD, SRS, architecture diagram, work flows, flow charts etc.
  • Strong communication (verbal & written), presentation, organizational and interpersonal skills.
