JOB DESCRIPTION.
SharePoint Expert, Understand Banking, Analyze information,
We are seeking a skilled and proactive SharePoint Content Creator.
This role involves overseeing the management, development, organization, and maintenance of content on our SharePoint site to ensure it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and aligned with organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities: Content Management: Oversee the management and organization of content on the SharePoint site, including documents, pages, and libraries.
Site Updates: Regularly update and maintain SharePoint sites, ensuring that content is relevant, accurate, and accessible.
User Permissions: Manage user permissions and access rights to SharePoint sites and documents, ensuring proper security and compliance.
Collaboration Support: Work with departments to ensure SharePoint is being used efficiently and effectively for collaboration and content sharing.
Content Strategy: Develop and implement a content strategy for SharePoint, including organizing documents, creating metadata, and enhancing search functionality.
Customization & Enhancement: Implement customizations, improvements, and new features for the SharePoint site.
Collaboration with Stakeholders: Liaise with various departments and teams to understand their content needs and ensure SharePoint is meeting those requirements.

Requirements:
Experience: 5-7 years of experience managing SharePoint sites, content, and/or document management systems.
Industry experience: Strongly prefer financial industry experience. This is in the payment Platform space for our financial services client.
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or 7 years of relevant experience
At least 5 years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, or Payment Operations experience
At least 5 years of experience in Strategic Planning experience
At least 5 years of experience in U.S. Payments (ACH, Card, Wire, Check, and Real-Time Payments) business experience
At least 5 years of experience in Managing or working with Matrix teams
At least 3 years of experience using Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
