Job Title: PeopleSoft Techno Functional Consultant
Location: Remote
Duration: 6+ months
Project Overview:
The selected consultant will support INFORMS ERP Implementation Project, a countywide initiative to modernize and integrate the County s enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on change management and training efforts for PeopleSoft HCM modules.
- Conduct extensive testing in an agile environment for system design, build, and test phases.
- Analyze integration test performance and data results.
- Produce and maintain project documentation including functional requirements, project plans, system changes, defect logs, and status reports.
- Review current business procedures and suggest improvements.
- Ensure system application quality through clear communication and structured documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in:
- Incident resolution
- Report development
- System testing
- Application enhancements and upgrades
- Proven governmental experience with PeopleSoft HCM modules.
- Strong background in Change Management and understanding of PeopleSoft integration points.
- High-level analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM / Payroll applications in the public sector.
