Job Title: Sales force Cloud Consultant Financial Services

Position: Remote

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Cloud Consultant with a strong background in Salesforce implementations and financial services domain expertise ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Salesforce Cloud (Sales, Service, or Financial Services Cloud) and will be responsible for solution design, implementation, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and implement Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Financial Services Cloud) tailored to financial industry needs.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Customize Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.
  • Conduct data migrations, validations, and sandbox deployments.
  • Provide guidance on Salesforce best practices, security, scalability, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with Cloud Odyssey s delivery teams and participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
  • Support testing, training, and deployment activities in client environments.
  • Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of total IT experience with at least 5+ years in Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Experience working with financial institutions, banks, or insurance companies.
  • Hands-on experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Financial Services Cloud.
  • Strong skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Process Builder, and Flows.
  • Experience in Salesforce integration using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Proficient in using DevOps tools like Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, etc.
  • Familiar with data migration tools such as Data Loader, Workbench.
