Job Title: Workday Procurement Consultant Ariba Integration (Partner Certified)
Location: remote

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Workday Procurement Consultant with hands-on expertise in Ariba integration and Workday Partner Certification.
The ideal candidate will design, configure, and implement Workday Procurement solutions, ensuring seamless integration with SAP Ariba for sourcing, procurement, and
supplier management processes. This role requires a strong blend of functional knowledge, integration experience, and client-facing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Workday Procurement module implementations, including Purchasing, Supplier Accounts, Supplier Contracts, and Expenses.
Design, build, and configure Workday SAP Ariba integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and EIBs.
Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather requirements, document business processes, and define functional specifications.
Ensure integration between Workday Procurement and Ariba covers catalog management, sourcing events, purchase orders, invoicing, and supplier data synchronization.
Conduct system configuration, unit testing, and end-to-end validation of procurement workflows and integrations.
Work closely with technical teams to troubleshoot integration issues and optimize performance.
Provide post-go-live support, issue resolution, and user training.
Maintain Workday Partner Certification and stay current with Workday release updates and best practices.
Participate in workshops, design sessions, and client demonstrations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Workday Partner Certified in Procurement (Workday Sourcing, Workday Procurement, or Workday SCM).
Minimum 4 6 years of experience in Workday Procurement functional consulting.
Strong experience integrating Workday Procurement with SAP Ariba.
Hands-on expertise with Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
Deep understanding of procurement workflows, supplier lifecycle management, and purchasing processes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience working in agile or hybrid project delivery environments.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Workday certification in Workday Financials or Workday Spend Management.
Prior consulting experience with a Workday Implementation Partner.
Knowledge of integration middleware like Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or SAP CPI.
Experience with global implementations and multi-currency procurement processes.
