Job Title: Electrical Engineer 4

Location: Decatur, IL Onsite Role

Duration: 24 months Contract with possible extension

Note: Need candidates with 8+ years of experience who have strong expertise in wire harness design, CREO, and are from an automotive background only.

Position's Contributions to Work Group:

- Responsible for using Creo and Electric Lines and Pro Cabling for the routing harnesses for off-highway trucks. Supporting the detailing and checking of prints. Supporting other engineering responsibilities such as cost rollups, FMEA, TFCs, etc.

- Requires good communication skills for working with peers and product group to develop and review designs.

Typical task breakdown:

- Design wire harness routings, support detailing, and checking of prints.

- Present design reviews

- Collaborate with suppliers

- Support, cost rollups, FMEA, TFCs, Supplier collaboration, etc

Interaction with team: Frequent interaction

Work environment: Office

Education & Experience Required:

- Years of experience: 8+ years of experience

- Degree requirement: Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

- Master's Degree and/or PHD can be considered
