Job Title: Strategic Partnerships Manager
Location: San Francisco, CA(Remote)
Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee major vendor partnerships, coordinating with third-party vendors and operational teams.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders in sourcing, finance, product management, engineering, and operations.
  • Manage schedules to attend meetings and deliver accountable work.
  • Lead large, multi-year programs with complex dependencies across various teams.
  • Coordinate timelines, cross-functional meetings, and follow-ups for successful project delivery.
  • Develop frameworks and processes to enhance cross-team collaboration.

Skills Required:

  • Expertise in engineering product/domain space.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking.
  • Adaptable to fast-paced, changing environments.
  • Strong communication skills for explaining complex concepts and driving outcomes.
  • Proficient in Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
  • Experience in Identity, Safety, and Fraud Management methodologies.

Experience:

  • 6-8 years in Partnerships/Vendor or Program Management, leading cross-functional efforts for Product & Engineering teams.
  • Skilled in large contract negotiations and renewals, working with Legal, Finance, and Sourcing.
  • Experience in performance management with partners or vendors.
  • Familiarity with Trust, Privacy, Safety, Identity, or Fraud.
  • Experience in start-up or fast-paced environments.
