Description
We are seeking a seasoned IT Service Desk Analyst for a 5-6-month contract, with potential for extension or conversion to full-time. This role provides front-line technical support in a hybrid Windows/Mac environment and serves as the first point of contact for all IT-related issues. Candidates must be comfortable supporting both platforms.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Manage and resolve tickets via Ivanti, phone, email, and walk-up support
  • Troubleshoot issues related to accounts, hardware, software, VPN/network, and peripherals
  • Provide white glove and executive support as needed
  • Document all work in the ITSM system
  • Escalate unresolved issues appropriately
  • Contribute to knowledge base and process improvements
  • Prior experience in Tier 1 or advanced Service Desk environments
  • Familiarity with Ivanti or other ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira)
  • Exposure to O365/M365 (mailbox, Teams, SharePoint support)
  • Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Request, Problem, Change Management)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
