Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician

? Location: Rancho Cordova CA | ? Full-Time Seasonal | ? Operations & Maintenance

Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for keeping things running smoothly? Join our dynamic team as an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician and play a key role in maintaining and improving the performance of our cutting-edge Material Handling Equipment (MHE).

? What You'll Do:

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring our equipment runs safely and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Promoting a safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Performing and documenting preventative maintenance routines.
  • Leading and auditing maintenance procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Creating and closing work orders with detailed records of labor, parts, and equipment serviced.
  • Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues involving belts, motors, photo-eyes, relays, and more.
  • Developing and delivering training plans for team members.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Managing and tracking inventory for maintenance supplies and parts.
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 49 lbs and working shifts up to 12 hours (with or without reasonable accommodation).


?? What You Bring:

Required:
  • 3-5 years of hands-on electro-mechanical experience.
  • Associate degree or equivalent technical training.
  • Proficiency with hand tools and strong communication skills.


Preferred:
  • 3+ years working with automated systems and controls.
  • Experience repairing Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
  • Skilled in predictive and preventative maintenance.
  • Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
  • Solid understanding of electrical and electronic principles.
  • Familiarity with OEM safety standards.
  • Experience with project management and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
  • Background in robotic or electromechanical systems.
  • Competence in troubleshooting input/output functions.
