Experience:
Minimum work experience: 10+ Years
General:
Good knowledge and understanding of application architecture
Perform design & deployment inspections
Review and recommend improvements to existing business programs
Good presentation and communications skills
Experience in Digital, Mobile and Cloud Platforms
Identify business operational areas that need improvements and propose appropriate actions plans
Develop performance improvement plan, based on business objectives
Assess business challenges and risks and develop mitigation plans
Should have interacted with SMEs & Business to know PT/PE requirements
Help Client to find which type of test suits for the application requirements & demonstrate the capabilities of the tools
Suggest new tools to improve testing efficiency & cost effectiveness
Good in creating Test Scope / Strategy / Plan
Should have provided solutions for performance optimization
Ability to drive projects with Shift Left / Right testing approach
Should have demonstrated the performance reports to Clients
Technical:
Should have good experience in doing Performance Testing for SAP applications using Neoload (Must have)
Should have done Performance Testing for SAP ECC and SAP S4 HANA (Must have)
Should have tested applications like .NET, JAVA, SAP Web, SAP GUI, MQ etc.,
Should have in-depth monitoring capabilities (Client Side, Server Side, DB, Network and Load Balancer)
Should have analyzed & provided suggestions to dev/infra team on the issues noticed through APM tools Wily, App Dynamics, Dynatrace, Splunk, New Relic etc.,
Should have developed automated tools to analyze the logs, reports etc.,
Should have worked on Unix/Linux commands like VMSTAT, NMON etc.,
Should have worked on SQL queries and AWR
Should have knowledge on JVM, CLR
Knowledge on AWS with Docker and Kubernetes
Experience installing and administering multiple industry leading DevOps tools
Good knowledge and understanding of CI/CD, Tool integrations (JIRA, GIT, Jenkins, etc.,)
