Job Title : IBM Tririga Support Analyst
Location : Austin, TX 78753 or Sunnyvale, CA 94085 (Remote)

Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities)
- Support Lead experienced in IBM TRIRIGA and role involves providing technical support , incident resolution, system administration and enhancement support for applications. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support for IBM TRIRIGA Application Suite, ensuring high system availability and timely resolution of issues.
- Manage different Tririga modules including Real Estate Management.
- Handle configuration updates, data imports, workflows as per Business Requirements.
- Monitor integrations and interfaces with upstream/downstream systems , coordinate with integration teams to resolve failures.
- Ensure Compliances with SLAs, create knowledge base articles and drive continuous service improvements.
Mandatory skills
- Strong hands-on experience in IBM TRIRIGA Application platform and related modules.
- Strong understanding of TRIRIGA Data Models, Workflows, BOs, Forms ,UI Components and Object Migration.
- Good knowledge of SQL, relational databases and troubleshooting data issues.
- Ability to analyze issues, perform RCA and provide clear technical solutions.
- Excellent analytical thinking with attention to detail and problem-solving orientation.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional communication skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
Desired/ Secondary skills
Certification in IBM TRIRIGA
Experience in Real Estate and Facility Management systems.
Knowledge of cloud-hosted environments.
