RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a Senior Cloud Security Engineer on a direct hire basis in Pittsburgh, PA. The Senior Cloud Security Engineer will be tasked with coordinating and developing cloud security procedures, as well as monitor and respond to security incidents, as well as perform vulnerability testing, risk analyses, and security assessments to identify and reduce potential threats.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field; Specific experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
* Certifications in Cyber Security is preferred
* Must have 6+ years of experience
* Must have experience with DevSecOps practices and tools, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
* Must have strong knowledge of cloud platforms and cloud security best practices, including identity and access management, encryption, and network security
* Must be able to problem solve and multi-task
* Must have strong communication skills - both written and verbal
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
