Job Descriptions
At least 2 to 3 end to end project lifecycles as Pega Lead Business Architect ( LBA)
Must have experience in documenting business rules Assisting with the work type structure from business perspective
Experience in designing and configuring rules and flows Assisting with the development of the draft user interface and draft process flows
Strong experience in communicating with internal teams and clients Delivering user interface requirements like graphical user interfaces, screens and interface mock-ups
8+ years of solid experience working in PEGA
5+ years of strong experience working as PEGA LBA
Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and team building skills
Excellent relationship management skills
Excellent problem analysis and trouble shooting skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) - ability to express ideas, thoughts and information so that it can be understood by various audiences and meets the customers' needs
Strong organizational and time management skills

University or college degree or equivalent experience
Well-developed verbal and written communication skills, able to tailor communication style to the audience and to actively participate and influence conversations with senior executives.
