Job Details

About the Role: We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead the End-to-End (E2E) Master Data Governance process for Business Partner (Customer/Vendor) and Material Master domains. This role requires a high-level functional expert to drive design workshops, manage governance processes, and execute complex configurations within an S/4HANA environment to ensure data integrity and seamless system integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead MDG FIT-GAP Design Workshops and author comprehensive Business Process Documentation and Process Flows.
  • Execute end-to-end configurations in MDGIMG and DRFIMG for BP (Vendor/Customer) and Material Master.
  • Develop Functional Design Documents (FSD) and GAPs documentation.
  • Configure BRF+ Rules, Workflow triggers, and Data Replication Framework (DRF) settings.
  • Collaborate with Data Quality teams to provide best practice inputs for data design and build.
  • Manage delivery in a distributed environment (On-shore/Off-shore coordination).

Essential Skills:

  • 15+ years of overall experience with a minimum of 10 years specializing in SAP MDG.
  • Deep expertise in S/4HANA MDG BP (Vendor/Customer) and Material Master (MM) E2E configuration.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Data Dictionary tables, views, and relationships.
  • Proficiency in Requirement Gathering, FIT-GAP Analysis, and Technical Framework mapping.
  • Strong command of Workflow management and MDG Governance processes.

Desirable Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of S/4HANA Finance or Logistics integration.
  • Experience with Data Migration strategies and Data Quality tools.
  • Previous experience as a lead consultant in large-scale global implementations.
