Implementation & Clinic Support

  • Guide clinics through the full migration process from their current catalog setup to the unified AmeriVet catalog and group-based structure providing both pre- and post-launch support.
  • Review and update pricing as part of the catalog rollout, using internal frameworks and benchmarking data to promote alignment while remaining responsive to local needs.
  • Lead the development of role-based training guides, reference materials, and onboarding resources to support adoption and everyday use across different clinic roles (e.g., CSRs, veterinarians, technicians).
  • Conduct pre-go-live workflow assessments to identify gaps or potential issues, and work with clinic and implementation teams to address them.
  • Ensure alignment across stakeholders on migration timelines, clinic-specific needs, and issue resolution throughout the rollout process.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Support the hiring, onboarding, and mentorship of new team members as the catalog and pricing function expands.
  • Build strong relationships with field teams, support office partners, and medical leadership to promote transparency and alignment throughout the transition.
  • Actively participate in cross-functional planning and decision-making, providing insights grounded in clinic needs and operational realities.

Background, Experience and Qualifications
