Job Details

M-F in Santa Clara, CA . There can be flexibility on hours coming in and out.

Responsible for seamless product availability for revenue goals.

Managing Supply chain KPI's, QBRs, Drive execution to net demand. Resolving product issues.

The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for ensuring continuity of supply for the sustaining products and production revenue.

The individual will work closely with the Supply Chain Materials Management and Supply Planning teams to ensure continuity of supply and EMS partner/CM on timely execution to gross plan and ensure key metrics are achieved.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organization and communication skills and will have experience in working with team members of different groups to achieve quality results in a timely manner.

This position reports to the Manager, Supply Chain Program Management and is based at our headquarters in Santa Clara, CA.

Owns E2E supply continuity of assigned Products, executing to Planning published gross plan
Manage EMS partner/CM communication, deliverables and ensuring timely execution to support product revenue
Liaison between internal cross-functional team and EMS Partner on product issues (re-spin, rework, qualification builds, quality issues)
Partner with Supply Chain Materials Manager (SCMM) team on materials CTB, risk and mitigation plan
Works closely with Planning team on attainment to gross plan and communicate potential gaps and recovery plan
Manage and monitor supply chain KPIs, identifying and addressing opportunities/risk (Commit Accuracy, Attainment QTD)
Engage with business stakeholders, by partnering with operations leads and strategic Subject Matter Experts on assigned products strategic objectives and initiatives to support supply continuity
Lead assigned products cross-functional activities between Product Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Component Engineering, Service and Repair and TechOps
Acts as a primary consultant on crucial projects that impacts assigned Products
Ability to analyze and make critical decisions independently without supervision
Participate in product capacity review with TechOps and EMS partner to ensure that resources are aligned to support our gross plan
Attend CCB meeting and understanding of product changes, impact analysis and implementation date
Maintain and provide metrics on EMS performance, commit accuracy and attainment report. Present KPIs executive summary for quarterly business reviews (QBR)
Work closely with EMS partner to review and improve supply chain processes and procedures, identifying gaps, and planning solutions to fill those gaps through the implementation of industry best practices and automation
Drive cross-functional quarterly EMS partner/CM scorecard and lead quarterly review meeting
Collaborate with the NPI team on product transition to sustaining. Understanding of transfer of information (TOI) during NPI handoff is required.
