Job Details

Our direct client is seeking a Project Coordinator for a 5 months plus consulting position.

Location: Hybrid - Canton or Owings Mills , MD (Twice a month), remote the rest of the time.

Education Level: Bachelor's Degree is preferred, not required.
Experience: Min of 3 years Project Coordinator related experience. Facilitating/scheduling calls via MS Teams with internal and external stakeholders, project reporting to sales/executive team members, monitoring tasks to ensure timely completions
Must have external client facing experience
Must have worked with Sales teams
Background in healthcare insurance is considered a huge plus: FACETS, account onboarding/implementation/renewals, FACETS is preferred.
Must have strong MS Excel and MS Teams skills
Able to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally. Able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Big Plus: Coming from a production environment with KPI/SLA-s to adhere to / meet.
