Help Desk Support Technician
100% Onsite Jackson, MS

Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Help Desk Support Technician to provide all levels of IT support for its OTSS project. This position will be the initial point of contact for end users requesting IT support and requires onsite presence in Jackson, MS.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in desktop/laptop troubleshooting, software installation, Active Directory, M365 applications, and providing remote support. Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential.
Responsibilities:
Provide IT support to end users both onsite and remotely
Troubleshoot desktop/laptop issues, software installations, and hardware setups
Implement and deploy peripheral hardware
Perform basic Active Directory administration
Support Microsoft 365 applications
Utilize help desk ticketing systems and maintain accurate records
Required Skills and Experience (Minimum 3 Years Each):
Help Desk / IT Support experience
Microsoft 365 Applications support
Remote assistance using various platforms
Desktop/Laptop troubleshooting
Software installation
Hardware implementation and deployment
Basic Active Directory management
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
Microsoft O365 advanced experience
BMC FootPrints Help Desk experience
macOS support experience
