• As a Senior Software Engineer, you are a Salesforce developer with full stack experience.


• You'll work with the business and technical staff to deliver solutions and improve functionality using the Agile software development methodology to facilitate business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate and apply software engineering skills in appropriate programming languages on the appropriate platforms, including Salesforce


• Integrate purchased applications


• Provide support and maintenance for existing applications


• Participate in activities related to Agile software development methodologies


• Mentor team members and share technical knowledge, best practices, and standard procedures


• Collaborate with Key Stakeholders from the business, working closely with Product Owners and Product Managers to deliver value against roadmap


• Apply lean thinking and tools to identify potential inefficiencies in all areas of the stack

Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree in applicable field or equivalent experience


• 4+ years' Salesforce development experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Component Framework, SOQL, Flow, Lightning Component Framework and Unit testing


• Experience within an Agile development environment


• Demonstratable leadership & technical abilities within application development, configuration, implementation, and support

You may also have:

• Current Salesforce Certifications


• Experience with one or more: Data Migration, ETL/Integration, IBM iSeries: COBOL, NodeJS, HTML, JavaScript and Front-end Apps


• Experience with application systems involved in the support of ecommerce, food distribution, and/or transportation


• Experience with Jira

Role Specifics:

• Some nights and weekends with on call availability to support business needs


• Occasional overnight travel required. Must have ability to independently travel as needed, without restriction, by all modes of transportation, including car, plane, or train for customer/vendor calls,training, or meetings.
