Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 7+ years of network administration experience with 2+ years in leadership
- Proven experience with enterprise network platforms (Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet)
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN, and routing protocols
- Experience managing networks in multi-site environments
- Expertise in network security best practices and tools
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Experience in cannabis, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries
- Technical certifications such as CCNP, CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or CISSP
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and cloud networking (AWS, Azure)
- Strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving abilities
- Proactive approach to network management and optimization
