Job Overview:
The Project Manager I will play a critical role in developing programs, processes, and best-practice standards to guide engineering teams through issue-tracking and end-to-end project delivery. This position involves designing and optimizing workflows, analyzing user feedback, coordinating user-study operations, and ensuring seamless project execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop programs, processes, and best-practice standards to guide engineering teams through issue-tracking and project delivery.
  • Design and optimize high-level workflows for ticket management and project operations, ensuring clear priorities, timelines, and stakeholder visibility.
  • Analyze reviews and user feedback about machine learning products to identify trends, drive continuous improvement, and inform roadmap decisions.
  • Coordinate and execute user-study operations, including planning, recruitment, data collection, and insights reporting.
  • Meticulously track development progress, bug discovery, issue convergence, and testing.
  • Develop relationships with multi-functional stakeholders to ensure work is completed with quality and on time.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, UX Design, or a related discipline.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills, with the ability to articulate project updates to executives clearly and concisely.
  • Self-starter and critical thinker with the ability to establish priorities and work autonomously.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a positive "can-do" attitude.
  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of both waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.
  • Technical understanding of development tools, source control, and continuous integration build systems (e.g., Xcode, GitHub, Jenkins) and issue/project tracking software (e.g., Jira).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, software operations, user research, or product management.

Pay Range: $50 - $52

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
