Job Description:

• Software Engineer needed to participate in the development of new radar software and in the sustainment of existing radar software.


• The candidate will work within a small team of engineers on software development and software maintenance of OTH Radar systems and similar associated systems.


• This person will develop and maintain code for real-time and off-line applications.


• They will implement and test software modifications and algorithms using C++ and MATLAB.


• Software will be professionally packaged, tested, documented, and delivered for use by others.

Required Skills:

• Expert in MATLAB and C++


• Experience using DDS open architecture development (RTI implementation preferred)


• Experience with standard signal processing techniques (Fourier transforms, filters, etc.)


• Prior experience with radar tracking and/or radar signal processing


• The candidate should be well versed in all aspects of software development including: management, documentation, coding standards, configuration control and software testing


• Good programming practice and testing
