Product Support Engineer

Title: Product Support Engineer Location: 100% Remote Duration: Fulltime Role

We need somebody senior, with at least 15 years of experience in the payment s domain.

Skills Required :

1. Fiserv Products Knowledge
2. Expertise with Payments systems (money movement) .
3. Functional knowledge to understand complex products & systems.
4. Technical expertise to triage the issues.
5. Expertise in reading the logs, debugging monitoring.
6. digital wallets experience is a plus.
7. Techno-functional consultant with knowledge of Full Stack, Microservices etc..
8. Excellent communications skills
