Position Overview

We are seeking a Sr. SCADA Analyst to support real-time operational systems within our utility infrastructure. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on SCADA experience, a strong utility background, and familiarity with ERCOT protocols and NERC compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain, configure, and troubleshoot SCADA systems for transmission and distribution operations

  • Support ERCOT system integration and ensure compliance with ERCOT protocols

  • Implement and monitor NERC compliance measures related to operational data

  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and IT teams to resolve SCADA data issues

  • Document technical procedures and maintain compliance records

  • Assist with ICCP data exchange and EMS configuration tasks

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Engineering (ABET-accredited)                                            
  • 5+ years of SCADA experience 

  • Utility industry background 

  • Experience working with ERCOT systems and protocols

  • Knowledge of NERC compliance standards

  • Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills
