Job Description
Have proven track record for 5-7 years as a product Owner/manager
Should have experience working with teams located in different time zones including PST, EST, IST, and GMT+13
Should be able to participate in UAT, BUAT and Post-production bug verification along with dev and QA team.
Work alongside project managers and program managers to define and refine the product backlog as per the client preferences.
Should be able to document the technical requirements as feature/sub-feature and EPIC and give detailed walkthroughs to the dev team for the implementation purpose.
Create business cases, project goals and analysis for new product development.
Ideate & gather requirements from key stakeholders for various New Digital Product Development, including enhancement of the existing digital products, & create detailed Product Road map.
Create, maintain and monitor product management processes to ensure excellence in execution during product development.
Drive Product development / projects from inception to completion, identifying and managing risks, while navigating hurdles and resolving issues in real time to successfully complete projects on time with minimal resources.
Continually evolve the project management process to ensure optimal efficiency and timeliness.
Develop strong relationships and work collaboratively with the engineering teams/ external partners by defining joint roadmaps and managing multiple product development workflows simultaneously.
Post launch, Drive the product adoption, along with the business development team, to ensure budgeted revenues are met.
Continuously work on the enhancement of the digital products to be ahead of the market.
Should be able to work with PM/DMs to create and manage daily and weekly status reports
Required Skills
Have a good understanding of core banking and open banking concepts.
Have experience in working with diverse teams and delivering with tight deadlines.
Should have good communication skills and technical skills to understand.
Knowledge of project management tools like OmniGraffle, Flowchart Maker & Online Diagram Softwares.
Capability to understand the new or existing system and business process.
Standardise the requirements gathered across the teams and conceptualise application workflow.
Participate in project planning, execution, and tracking.
Research and come up with solutions for the business problems in coordination with other teams.
Identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability.
