The Micron Mask Technology Center (MTC) is an innovative photomask fabrication facility located in Boise, Idaho. We enable sophisticated photolithography through our fine-tuned photomask technology processes.
As a Sustaining Engineering Shift Lead at MTC, you'll advise a shift team dedicated to optimizing photomask manufacturing efficiency and quality. Our dynamic, forward-looking team offers the opportunity to develop skills across several fields, including root cause analysis, decision making, and project ownership.

Responsibilities:
- Effectively lead and collaborate with team members to achieve Shift Sustainability.
- Ensure high-quality product output by reacting to deviations and identifying root causes.
- Collaborate with process owners to contain and mitigate issues, ensuring compliance with quality specifications.
- Disposition masks and process tools with quality or performance issues, improving fab operations.
- Mentor and develop team members, encouraging career growth and advancement within Micron.3-5 bullet points
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science or equivalent experience in Engineering, Science, or Mathematics.
- Strong collaboration skills with a track record of inspiring teamwork.
- Proven track record to achieve key performance measures.
- Engaged in conflict management and encouraging positive outcomes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Passion for organizational development and high team engagement.
- Proficiency in running effective meetings and communicating vision.
- Proven understanding of Fab software applications such as SPACE, GeRM, FabQ, ETO, and SharePoint EDC.
- Successful history of supporting all Fab processes from running tools to reviewing results
