SharePoint Solutions Developer/Architect

This  positions does allow for complete remote work, however, individuals must reside within the tri-state area.  

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in planning, designing, development, and migration of Applications using Microsoft Technologies
• Experience in working with SharePoint Online/On Premise
• 4 years of experience in developing Power Platform Canvas apps, Model Driven Apps, Power Automate Workflows and PVAs
• 4+ years of experience with modernization/digitalization of legacy applications to modern cloud-based technologies or to platform-as-a-service (PaaS) platforms
• Should have experience in migration of shared-drives to SharePoint Online or Other collaboration tools to SharePoint
• Ability to understand the features and functions of existing applications and their architecture and able to conceptualize the Digital transformation of the application
• Strong experience in the use of PowerShell
• Good knowledge in database design and development
• Knowledge in Object Oriented Principles and Design Patterns
• Develop User Interface (UI) mock-ups and prototypes to illustrate site functionality
• Experience developing solutions that span multiple Office365 services (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Graph API, Power BI, One Drive, etc.)
• Drive long-term design thinking for systems and engineering processes with simplicity and maintainability as core tenets
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to take initiative, see opportunities and implement changes
• Candidate should be very much proactive and possess positive attitude
• Should be highly self-motivated and strong teammate
