Job Details

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Lead Developer to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions. This role involves leading development efforts, mentoring team members, and ensuring secure, scalable, and efficient ServiceNow implementations.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
  • Experience as a Lead Developer or Technical Lead.
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM modules, ITOM, CMDB, and integrations.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP, HTML/CSS, and AngularJS.
  • ServiceNow certifications preferred (CSA, CAD, ITSM, ITOM).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

Preferred: Agile/Scrum experience, DevOps pipelines, ITIL knowledge.
