Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Copilot Developer with expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365. The role involves designing and deploying conversational AI solutions, building chatbot experiences, and automating workflows while ensuring scalability, usability, and performance in an onsite environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform.

  • Build and enhance chatbot experiences with Adaptive Cards and Power Virtual Agents.

  • Apply UX design principles to create intuitive conversational AI solutions.

  • Develop and maintain automation workflows across Microsoft 365 environments.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

  • Utilize Python and Azure services for secure, scalable, and efficient implementations.

  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and support applications to ensure performance and reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4 6 years of experience in software engineering or application development.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365.

  • Strong Python programming skills with working knowledge of Azure.

  • Solid understanding of UX principles in chatbot and AI solution design.

  • Experience with Adaptive Cards, Power Virtual Agents, and conversational AI.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
