What would you do?

Position: Generative AI Architect

Location: Washington, DC(4 days onsite in a week)

We are seeking an experienced Generative AI Architect to lead solution design, architecture, and implementation of cutting-edge Generative AI technologies across diverse industry verticals. The ideal candidate will collaborate with Fortune 500 clients to deliver transformative AI solutions, including intelligent document processing, chatbot assistants, and contact center automation. This role demands deep expertise in AI/ML, NLP, and cloud technologies, coupled with strong leadership and consulting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement advanced Generative AI solutions tailored to client needs across various industries.
  • Collaborate with Fortune 500 clients to understand business challenges and deliver transformative AI-driven solutions.
  • Lead the architecture and deployment of intelligent document processing systems, chatbot assistants, and contact center automation platforms.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in Generative AI, ensuring solutions remain cutting-edge and innovative.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Develop and present technical proposals, roadmaps, and solution designs to stakeholders and clients.
  • Ensure seamless integration of AI solutions with existing systems, leveraging cloud platforms and scalable architectures.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic insights and recommendations for leveraging Generative AI to achieve business objectives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in designing and implementing Generative AI solutions across multiple industry verticals.
  • Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI)Machine Learning (ML)Natural Language Processing (NLP), and related technologies.
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, with a focus on AI/ML services.
  • Strong consulting skills, with the ability to engage with Fortune 500 clients and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and driving projects to successful completion.
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI frameworks and tools, such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, or similar platforms.
  • Solid understanding of data engineering, model training, and deployment processes in production environments.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications in AI/ML are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with intelligent document processing technologies and chatbot development frameworks.
  • Experience in contact center automation and conversational AI design.
  • Knowledge of ethical AI practices and responsible AI development.
