Job Title: Oracle ERP

Location: Dallas, TX--Onsite

Duration: Long Term

Mandatory Skills:

Oracle Retail Merchandising Cloud (MFCS), Oracle P2P, Sales Audit, Trade Management, Financial Management, Cost Accounting, Core Merchandising Processes, Franchise Management, Procurement & Supplier Management, Direct Store Delivery (DSD)

SENIOR FUNCTIONAL LEADER (SENIOR PRINCIPAL OR PRINCIPAL LEVEL)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead P2P process assessments, strategy development, & roadmap creation for enterprise clients.
  • Design & implement process improvements across procurement, supplier management, invoice processing, & payment workflows.
  • Advise on technology enablement, including ERP systems- Ideally, Oracle Retail Merchandising Financial Suite (MFCS), but we are open to broader consulting experience in the P2P space, & automation tools (RPA, AI).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with finance, supply chain, & IT strategies.
  • Drive change management & stakeholder engagement to ensure the successful adoption of new processes & systems.
  • Mentor junior consultants & contribute to practice development through thought leadership & solution innovation.

Core Competencies:

  • Deep understanding of P2P lifecycle & best practices in a retail environment
  • Proficiency in Supplier Invoice Management, Voucher Match (2 & 3 way), & financial reconciliation.
  • Preferred Experience in a franchise business model & with Direct Store Delivery
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, & client-facing skills.
  • Experience with digital procurement platforms & process automation.
  • Ability to manage complex projects & influence senior stakeholders
