Job Details

Identify, target, and acquire new direct clients for staffing services

Lead generation to identify potential clients through various channels, such as cold calling, networking

Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to showcase the staffing services

Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients, ensuring agreements are mutually beneficial and in line with the agency's goals

Recruiting Managers and Account Managers with no experience in Sales and Business Development are  encouraged to not apply for this role
