Job Overview:
The Sr Analyst, Security Systems will assist in managing and enhancing the firm's electronic security infrastructure, with a primary focus on access control, CCTV surveillance, intercom systems, and the coordination of repairs and maintenance activities. This role involves close collaboration with the security integration vendor to ensure system stability, provide prompt responses to equipment malfunctions, and implement innovative solutions to optimize performance.
The position requires daily on-site presence at the designated corporate home office, with occasional travel to conduct security system assessments, troubleshooting, and maintenance. This role requires extensive hands-on experience in designing, developing, programming, testing, and maintaining complex electronic systems and components. Advanced knowledge of low-voltage electrical systems, security software platforms, applicable safety codes, and systems integration are also required.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily inspections of electronic security systems, including access control, CCTV, and intercoms
- Design, develop, build, test, and the deployment of security systems
- Coordinate and support service requests and activities with the security integration vendor
- Respond to equipment failure alerts to assess the need for vendor service intervention
- Programming, maintenance, and configuration of security systems
- Assist with reviewing and revising vendor proposals and security system designs to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards and guidelines
- Revise and update site-specific documentation for security system installation as needed
- Requires up to 15% travel

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of experience in low-voltage electrical security systems
- In depth understanding of security software platforms
- In depth knowledge of electronic security equipment / hardware
- Experience with electronic security system related safety codes
- Experience managing security integration vendors
- Experience creating security system specifications and architecture diagrams
- Manufacture and low-voltage certifications are highly desirable

- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong project management and budgeting capabilities
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed
