1: BS Degree (ME or IE preferred) and 8 Years of Manufacturing Engineering Experience
2: Manufacturing processing knowledge and experience.
3: CNC programming experience.
4: Equivalent education and experience may be considered.

We are looking for an outstanding Manufacturing Engineering Technical Leader to support the process teams helping to solve the most difficult problems associated with the manufacture of parts. These problems may arise for any number of reasons such as tooling, machine tool, gauging, heat-treating, and plating. The solutions to these problems may require the process team solution alone or could result in contacting and working with other members of the Manufacturing Engineering department, Project or Design Engineers, Quality Assurance personnel, M & P Engineers, Inspectors, Product supervision, Purchasing, Product scheduling, or Vendors. As a result, this person must not only possess communication skills to work effectively with a variety of people but must also have the initiative to contact and coordinate with other groups as required.

Duties and Responsibilities

== Provide technical leadership to the Manufacturing Engineering department.
== Serve as the technical focal point for Manufacturing Engineering on the manufacturing floor.
== Provide leadership and support to the process teams to ensure the success of structured work teams.
== Organize and operate within the matrix organization philosophy.
== Provide input on job selections, job evaluations, performance appraisals, and training issues within the Manufacturing Engineering Department.
== Promote the building of relationships and respect between process teams, cells, functional manufacturing, design engineering, and product delivery..
== Control non-recurring costs and schedules to meet objectives established in original estimates.
